Lately seaweeds draws my attention, it’s so incredible healthy according to all the information I find on the web, books and magazines. So my new mission is to create beautiful seaweed dishes.

When I saw Irish moss I had no clue what kind of seaweed it is or how to use it, but I bought it.

Once at home I’ve started to google the web. What a discovery!!! This moss which is apparently not a moss but a seaweed and is super healthy, has lots and lots of benefits. Though you can’t just use it. (see recipe Irish Moss

1 Apple
0.5 Raw Beetroot
1 Lime
1 Tsp Cardamom
1.5 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Irish moss paste

Prepare the sauce

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and put it in the fridge for 1 hour

Make the plate beautiful

Serve it on a bed of your prefered salad the sauce and toppit up with a soft goat cheese, i used a very runny camembert cheese and a small hand of mixed nuts. You can roasted the nuts to give them a extra flavor.
