Kale Soup

Kale is definitely not my favorite vegetable but  very  healthy  specially during autumn, that is why I challenge myself to eat it. With this sauce I found it delicious.

Share recipe "Kale Soup"

120 gram Minced beef
300 gram Kale
100 gram Mushrooms
1 Red Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Kikkoman soya sauce
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
0.5 cup Water

Put the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat and add the cut the onion and the crushed garlic, let it simmer on medium heath for 5 minutes then add the minced beef.

Cut the mushrooms and add all the ingredients togheter

Let it simmer for ten minutes on low heat and give it a stir or two.

You can eat this meal with rice, pasta, noodles, beans , lentils or just plain.
